Notification of exhibiting at SEMICON JAPAN Virtual 2020

We will have a booth in SEMICON JAPAN Virtual 2020.
SEMICON Japan Virtual, a virtual exhibition, will be held for the first time
as an alternative to SEMICON Japan 2020, a major event in the semiconductor industry hosted by SEMI Japan.

●Exhibition Overview

Holding period : Dec 14, 2020 to Dec 17, 2020
Until Jan 15, 2021, it is possible to access the exhibition booth and to view the archive.
Please note that the exhibition will be only in Japanese for all contents.
So feel free to contact us if you have any inquiries or interests.

●Exhibited Products

Etching Equipment
It is a device that can perform precision etching of workpieces using
acid / alkaline chemicals. It can also be used as an RCA cleaning device.
You can watch the introduction video of our test equipment and download the materials.
Demonstration and evaluation at our test center is also possible.

High Pressure Jet Type Lift-off Device
A lift-off device that uses a high-pressure jet. It is a device that takes into consideration
the cleaning and collection of peeled metal scraps.
